Ker HC: No Relati. in Nature of Marriage if Couple Lives Together During Subsi. of Previous Marriage - (07 Aug 2024)

CRIMINAL

Ker. HC has held that a couple that performed a marriage ceremony during subsistence of their previous marriage cannot be said to be in a relationship in nature of marriage as such parties must be persons qualified to enter into a legal marriage, including being unmarried.
