SC: Bombay High Court Verdict Upholding Hijab Ban in College Challenged - (06 Aug 2024)

A plea challenging verdict of Bombay High Court upholding the ban imposed on the wearing of hijab, nakab, burkha, stole, cap, etc., by students on campus in a private college in Mumai, has been filed in the Supreme Court.
