SC Disappointed With the Nature of Apology Extended by Indian Medical Association - (06 Aug 2024)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court while expressing disappointment with the nature of apology extended by Indian Medical Association, has directed the IMA President to publish the apology in all newspapers which carried his interview.
