Ker. HC: Writ Court Doesn’t Lack Jurisdiction in Disputes Involving a State Entity - (06 Aug 2024)

CONTRACT

Kerala High Court has held that when a State entity under Article 12 of COI enters into a purely contractual relationship with a private party, the Writ Court does not lack jurisdiction to address such disputes.
