MP HC: Admission of Unauthorised Recordings of Wife's Conversations Declined - (06 Aug 2024)

LAW OF EVIDENCE

Madhya Pradesh High Court while addressing the issue of admissibility of electronic evidence, has observed that unauthorized recordings of wife’s conversation in matrimonial disputes for evidence is not allowed as such recording breaches privacy rights.
