Tel. HC: Denying Accreditation to District, Constituency-Level Journalists is Unjustified - (06 Aug 2024)

Tel HC while quashing the Schedule that categorizes small newspapers into four tiers for accreditation purposes, has held that depriving the journalists working in small newspapers at the district and constituency levels of the benefit of accreditation is arbitrary and cannot be termed as justified.
