Gau. HC: GST Authorities Can’t Take Benefit of Notification that is Ultra Vires GST Act - (06 Aug 2024)

Gauhati High Court has held that a notification which is ultra vires the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 cannot be used for benefit by State GST Authorities.
