Bombay HC Sets Aside NGT’s Order on Oshiwara - (14 Jun 2016)

Bombay HC has set aside a 2014 decision of NGT, Pune and granted partial relief for developers of an upscale skyscraper at Oshiwara. The HC has directed NGT to decide afresh what would constitute a time bar on challenges being raised against buildings that allegedly violate environment norms.
