Rajasthan High Court Issues SOP to Protect Constitutional Rights of Couples - (05 Aug 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Rajasthan High Court after taking notice of the unnecessary harassment and violence faced by couples by their families and others, has issued a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to safeguard the constitutional rights of such couples.
