SC: LG Has Power to Nominate Member to Delhi Municipal Corporation Without Consent of Delhi Govt. - (05 Aug 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court has held that nomination of members to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi can be made by the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi without the aid and advice of the Delhi Government.
