Ker HC: Defamation Case Quashed Against Media Persons for Discussing Book about Mata Amritanandamayi - (05 Aug 2024)

Ker HC has quashed defamation case against media persons for discussing a book about Mata Amritanandamayi and her Math in a show. The Court observed that it is only a fair and honest discussion of the book's contents. If that is prohibited, it will infringe the freedom of speech available to media.
