Bom. HC: Mental Health of Prisoners Needs to be Taken Care of - (03 Aug 2024)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court while hearing a plea on suicide of a death row convict, has directed Maharashtra Government to file affidavit that contains instructions ensuring that mental health of the prisoners does not deteriorate while they are in jail.
