Karnataka HC: University Liable to Pay Service Tax on Income from Rentals - (02 Aug 2024)

SERVICE TAX

Karnataka High Court has held that if a university earns income from rentals of buildings leased or licensed for banking facilities, it is liable to pay service tax on such income.
