Cal. HC: Engagement on ‘Sensitive Posts’ on Contractual Basis Creates Difficulty - (01 Aug 2024)

Calcutta High Court has held that the posts of ‘Stenographer’, ‘Bench Clerk’ are very sensitive post for functioning of District Judiciary. Engagement on contractual basis in such sensitive post is likely to create more difficulties than aiding in smooth functioning of the District Judiciary.
