MP HC: Compassionate Appointment Can be Provided by Pvt. Institutions but without State’s Aid - (01 Aug 2024)

SERVICE

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that private institutions can provide compassionate appointment to individuals but it must be done without the expectation of state-funded salary support.
