Delhi HC: PIL for Dual Citizenship for Indian Diaspora, Refused - (01 Aug 2024)

Delhi High Court has refused a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) that sought grant of dual citizenship for Indian diaspora. The Court observed that the issue can only be decided by the Parliament and the Court cannot decide or pass directions on it.
