Bom. HC: Upon Person’s Accidental Death, Parents Living Separately Can Claim Compensation - (01 Aug 2024)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Bombay High Court has held that if a person dies in a road accident, the parents of such person shall be entitled to claim compensation irrespective of the fact that they are residing separately or at their native place.
