Mad. HC: If Parties are in Agreement, Formal Contract Signature by Other Party Not Necessary - (31 Jul 2024)
ARBITRATION
Madras High Court has held that if it is proved that parties are in agreement, a formal contract signature by other party is not necessary in order to enforce the arbitration agreement.
