SC: In Complaint u/s 29 of ID Act Specific Averment Regarding Settlement to be Made - (31 Jul 2024)

Supreme Court has held that in the complaint alleging commission of offence punishable under section 29 of ID Act, 1947, there has to be a specific averment regarding settlement or award, which is binding on the accused under the ID Act, 1947, which has been breached.
