MP HC: Maintenance Obligations Towards Wife Cannot be Escaped by Husband Due to Temporary Disability - (31 Jul 2024)

Madhya Pradesh High Court while upholding a maintenance order, has held that husband’s temporary disability does not absolve him of his matrimonial obligations towards the wife under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
