Supreme Court: Bail Granted to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, Upheld - (29 Jul 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has dismissed plea filed by Enforcement Directorate challenging the Jharkhand High Court’s order granting bail to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in a money laundering case and opined that a very well-reasoned judgment has been rendered by the Learned Judge while granting bail.
