Allahabad High Court: Gangsters Act Not Being Invoked With Due Procedure - (29 Jul 2024)

HC while emphasizing on prohibition of harassment & oppression of innocent individuals, has observed that in many cases it is found that competent authorities were not following due procedure prescribed by U.P. Gangsters & Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Rules, 2021 in preparing gang chart.
