SC: Challenge to Requirement of 70% LL.B Marks for MP Judicial Exams, Dismissed - (29 Jul 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition challenging requirement of 70% marks in LL.B for eligibility to the entry level post of Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services and stated that eligibility rules ensure that better people join the judiciary.
