Gujarat High Court: Wife Allowed to Become Guardian & Manager of Husband in Coma - (26 Jul 2024)

Gujarat High Court has allowed a woman to become guardian of her husband who is in a state of coma and has also allowed her to be the manager of the movable and immovable properties belonging to the husband.
