SC: Benchmark for Appointment in Law Enforcement Agency Should be Stringent - (25 Jul 2024)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has set aside Gauhati High Court's order reinstating a CRPF constable who was terminated for withholding relevant information and restated that appointment in Law Enforcement Agency should be more stringent than routine vacancies.
