Ker. HC: Gain from Property Kept for Investment Purpose to be Taxed Under Capital Gains - (24 Jul 2024)

DIRECT TAXATION

Kerala High Court has held that any gain that is obtained from a property kept for the purpose of investment shall be taxed under the category of capital gain.
