Del. HC: CCS Rules Denying Maternity Leave to Women with More than 2 Children, Needs Re- Examination - (23 Jul 2024)

Delhi High Court has stated that the government authorities are expected to re-examine sustainability of Rule 43 of the CCS(Leave) Rules, 1972 denying maternity leave to female government employees if they have more than two children.
