Cal. HC: Applications Related to ICA Can be Entertained by Single Judge of Commercial Division - (22 Jul 2024)

ARBITRATION

Calcutta High Court has held that Single Judge of the Commercial Division has the jurisdiction to entertain original applications that are related to International Commercial Arbitration.
