Del. HC: PIL Seeking Removal of Videos of Women and Minor on YouTube, Refused - (22 Jul 2024)

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking removal of videos of women and minor girls that were uploaded on YouTube without their consent. The Court granted the petitioners liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with IT Rules, 2021.
