Del. HC: Delhi Govt. Directed to Implement Hybrid Courts Project on Priority Basis - (22 Jul 2024)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to implement the project for having hybrid hearing in courts on a priority basis and further stated that no mandatory cabinet approval is required for the same.
