Bom. HC: Govt’s Decision to Exempt Pvt. Schools From 25% RTE Quota 'Unconstitutional' - (19 Jul 2024)

Bombay High Court has held that the decision of Maharashtra Government to exempt private unaided schools from providing 25% quota in Class I or Pre-school if a government run or aided school is within 1km radius of that private school, is unconstitutional.
