Supreme Court: Bar Bodies Being Hampered by Politics - (17 Jul 2024)

Supreme Court while hearing a suo motu case for framing guidelines to strengthen bar bodies across the country, has observed that one thing seniors should highlight when giving suggestions is how to remove politics from Bar associations as it is entering everywhere.
