Rajasthan HC: Bail Granted to Accused Who Fired on Police to Evade Arrest - (17 Jul 2024)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court has granted bail to an accused who was booked under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS), 1985 for allegedly open firing at police in order to avoid arrest.
