Supreme Court: Bidders to Exercise Greater than Ordinary Degree of Care - (17 Jul 2024)

SC while imposing cost of Rs. 3 Crore cost on a bidder for negligence, has observed that bidders being experienced corporate entities are expected to exercise a greater degree of care, if not meticulousness, to obviate and prevent situations costing people precious time, effort and money.
