PIL on Stray Dog Issue Refused by Supreme Court - (17 Jul 2024)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed regarding prevention of accidents arising due to stray dogs issue and left it open for the parties to pursue their remedies before the Constitutional Courts, other Forums having respective jurisdiction.
