Bombay High Court: 18-Year Old Who Mowed Down Woman from his Bike, Released - (16 Jul 2024)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has released an eighteen year old accused for causing death by negligence of a woman, on the ground that his age and the way in which the accident happened are the peculiar facts to be considered in this case.
