Delhi High Court: In Employment, Disputes Relating to Lock-In Periods are Arbitrable - (15 Jul 2024)

Delhi High Court has held that disputes relating to lock-in periods applying while employment contract is subsisting are arbitrable under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
