Del HC: Sufficient Service on Part of GST Dept. if Notices Uploaded Under Heading Additional Notices - (15 Jul 2024)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Delhi High Court has held that if the GST Department uploads notices under the heading ‘additional notices’ it shall amount to sufficient notice by them.
