SC: Compensation in Land Acquisition Proceedings to be Determined after Considering Relevant Factors - (12 Jul 2024)

LAND ACQUISITION

Supreme Court has laid down certain factors that need to be considered while determining the compensation in land acquisition proceedings which include characteristics of the land, future potentiality of the land and factors denoting market sentiment.
