Supreme Court: Secularism Held to be Constitution’s Basic Structure in Many Judgements - (11 Jul 2024)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court while hearing a Public Interest Litigation to delete the words ‘socialist’ and ‘secularism’ from the Constitution, has observed that secularism has been held to be a basic structure of the Constitution of India through a number of judgements.
