SC: Central Government has Administrative Control & Superintendence Over CBI - (11 Jul 2024)

Supreme Court has observed that under the scheme of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act of 1946, it is revealed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) derives its authority from the Central Government.
