Bom. HC: Patanjali Ayurveda to Deposit Rs. 50 Lakhs for Breach of Injunction Order - (10 Jul 2024)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Bombay High Court has directed Patanjali Ayurveda to deposit Rs. 50 Lakhs over violation of an injunction order through which Patanjali was restrained from selling its camphor products.
