Supreme Court: Muslim Women Entitled to Maintenance Under Section 125 CrPC - (10 Jul 2024)

Supreme Court has held that a Muslim woman can seek maintenance from her husband by filing a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
