Supreme Court: Petition to Lower AIBE Cut-off Dismissed - (10 Jul 2024)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has dismissed a petition seeking to lower the cut-off for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) and observed that lowering the cut-off would have an impact on the quality of lawyers being admitted to the bar.
