Supreme Court: People Don’t Purchase High-End Luxurious Cars to Suffer Discomfort - (10 Jul 2024)

CONSUMER

SC while granting relief to two companies who purchased cars from Mercedes-Benz, has observed that people do not purchase high-end luxurious cars to suffer discomfort more particularly when they buy vehicle keeping utmost faith in supplier who promotes such cars as finest & safest automobile.
