Delhi High Court: Tesla's Trademark Infringement Suit Against Tesla Power India Referred to Mediation - (08 Jul 2024)

Delhi High Court has referred the trademark infringement suit by Tesla Inc that is owned by Elon Musk against Gurugram-based company, Tesla Power India Private Limited, to mediation.
