Delhi HC: Cannot Read WhatsApp Conversation as Evidence Without Mandatory Certificate - (05 Jul 2024)

LAW OF EVIDENCE

Delhi High Court has held that WhatsApp conversations cannot be read as evidence without there being a proper certificate as mandated under the Evidence Act of 1872.
