Mad. HC: Disciplinary Procee. to be Initiated Against Lawyers Soliciting Work Through Online Service - (04 Jul 2024)

Madras High Court has directed State Bar Councils to initiate disciplinary proceedings against lawyers soliciting work through online websites and added that legal service is neither a job nor a business and the motive is to serve the society.
