PIL Filed in Supreme Court Seeking Action in Hathras Stampede - (03 Jul 2024)

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Supreme Court for the appointment of an expert committee to enquire into the Hathras stampede incident and strict action against authorities for negligent conduct has also been sought.
