Ker. HC: Before Starting Work on Highways, Alternatives Should be Provided to Commuters - (03 Jul 2024)

Kerala High Court has observed that, although the development activities by the National Highways Authority of India are most imperative, it cannot be done at the cost of convenience and the lives of people. Therefore, alternatives should be provided to commuters before starting any work on highways.
